Dear Grade 8 Parents
ANNUAL OPEN DAY
Our Annual Open Day for parents and boys from our feeder schools other than Wynberg Boysâ€ť Junior will be held on Monday 18 February 2013. Your son is likely to be involved as a â€śTour Guideâ€ť for the prospective parents and their sons on that day. The Ladiesâ€™ Association Committee would greatly appreciate it if the Grade 8 parents could provide a donation of a plate of eats for tea on Monday 18 February.
The eats can be sent to school with your son on the morning of 18 February and placed on the tables in the foyer outside reception. I would also like to add that if any parents are sending Halaal food, please could they mark the container Halaal.
As the eats are only going to be required in the late afternoon, could you please ensure that the eats are dropped off at school in a sealed disposable container or wrapped in cling wrap.
Each of the classes have been allocated with a selection of eats to choose from:
Grade 8A, 8B and 8C â€“ choc brownies, cupcakes, loaf cakes, pastries
Grade 8D, 8E and 8F â€“ cocktail sausage rolls, samoosas, mini pies, spring rolls, mini quiche
