Annual Events:
• Wynberg Mile; an interhouse event comprising a 1,6km race around the school buildings.
• Cross country; an interhouse event wherein Seniors run 6km and the Juniors 4km around the school’s campus.
• Grey weekend, hosted alternately by Grey High, Port Elizabeth and Wynberg; this comprises a four-man 4km leg relay.

Bi-Annual Event:
• Cape Schools Week; this event is the brainchild of a former Wynberg teacher – now retired – Mr Ray Connellan. The 2011 event took place in East London and took the form of three races against 9 other schools over a period of 5 days.

Race days:
Usually Wednesdays, with only a few exceptions. We run at a different school each week.
Departure and return: leave 14:45 in the back car park return 18:00 to the back car park
