The Voice and the RCL have had lengthy discussions and it has been decided that, whilst the Voice and the RCL will remain separate bodies, they will be working together to try and make the school a better place for all. The issues the Voice publishes will still be relevant, but each issue will be screened by the RCL in order to prevent further incidents of foul language etc.

Although The Voice is not a waste of time and its issues are relevant, it will never have the power to induce changes in the system and this is where the RCL comes into play. The RCL will see to it that the issues, your issues, will be taken up with the relevant authorities and that where possible a solution can be found, and where no solution is found, a reason will be provided.

We as the RCL are not aiming to subdue The voice in any way, but are in fact aiming to provide an ear for The Voice to talk to and a body through which real action can be taken.
