'KENNEDY’S CHILDREN'
ONE ACT PLAY TOUR
SOMERSET WEST & MONTAGU
WBHS entered the play Kennedy’s Children in the recent
Hottentots Holland Dramatic Society Youth Festival in Somerset
West. The cast consisted of James Dickie-Clark, Etienne
Davis, Edward O’Reilly, Gavin Schreiber, James Hutton-Squire
& Richard Kinkhead Weekes. They were joined by Catherine
Cameron-Dow, Amy Donaldson and Catherine Oostuizen, from
the Girls’ school. It is an extremely demanding play,
set in 1974 with the actors reminiscing about the 1960s.
Coming up against stiff competition, James Dickie-Clark
won the Best Actor Award and Etienne Davis, a Merit Award
for acting.
